Carolyn started with MVO in June 2025 after pivoting her career from elementary teacher to medical office assistant. Carolyn’s passion for building compassionate relationships with others is what motivates her every day as a customer care associate. She strives to make every encounter with a patient positive and memorable. She has loved learning about ocular health and the optical industry.
Outside of MVO, Carolyn enjoys spending time outside and travelling with her husband and two young children.
