Rachel

Rachel joined MVO in the fall of 2025 as a Front Desk Customer Care Associate. She has a passion for health and wellness, which has guided her early career in a number of different health-centred roles, including work in the non-profit sector on food insecurity and food literacy, as a personal trainer, and as a yoga teacher. 

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, friends, reading, and travelling.
