Tobi

Tobi brings over 30 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and strategic HR practices to Mountain View Optometry. After years of education and work across Austria, England, Ontario, and British Columbia, she returned to Alberta where she has spent nearly five years as a Clinic Manager and HR Manager, overseeing teams and operations. In her new role as Director of People and Operations, Tobi focuses on building a positive and growth-driven culture, developing future leaders through strategic succession planning, and enhancing patient experiences through streamlined operational excellence. She is proud to have helped grow a compassionate, high-performing team that continues to support MVO’s commitment to professionalism, protection, and care. Outside of work, Tobi enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling with her husband and two grown children, often finding adventure through running, hiking, and cycling — and occasionally convincing her family to keep up.
