If your glasses seem perfect in the daylight but let you down when driving at night, you're not imagining things. Traditional prescriptions only measure basic vision correction under ideal lighting. But real life isn’t always well lit. That’s where i.Scription® by ZEISS makes the difference. 

This advanced technology refines your glasses prescription to a much higher level of accuracy, creating lenses that are uniquely tailored to how your eyes function across all lighting conditions.


How It Works

i.Scription starts with a quick scan from the ZEISS i.Profilerplus®, a 3-in-1 diagnostic tool that measures how light passes through your eyes, in both dim and bright conditions. It measures the vision imperfections (known as “aberrations”) that standard eye tests often miss.

That data is then combined with other eye tests administered by your MVO optometrist and processed using ZEISS’s proprietary software. This data is then available to your MVO optometrist to help them design a highly customized prescription that adjusts for subtle optical irregularities, especially those that show up in dim light.
